10/11/2023Great property! In a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to all activities. Fenced yard for dog. All amenities to cook meals. Will definitely stay again.
Kathy - Santa Barbara, CA
09/26/2023The property was perfect for our stay with my two dogs, as we were attending the Wild Blue Dog Camp in Stateline. The home was well-appointed, and everything was in working order. I would suggest that the carpets be removed. The addition of small packets of detergent and laundry soap were a welcomed surprise.
Carolyn - San Ramon, CA
08/07/2023We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the house was just right for our family. The area is quiet and peaceful, and we could easily get to the lake, restaurants and stores from this location. Great place for a family vacation!

06/22/2022We had a wonderful time during our stay. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was very professional and so warm and inviting when we picked up the keys and dropped them off. They were very responsive as well through texting and we were notified that we were able to check in early. We will definitely go with Lake Tahoe Accommodations again next time we go to Tahoe.

04/23/2022We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, had plenty of room for the dogs and the securely fenced backyard was a bonus. The large kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes/glasses. We do like to cook and eat at the table while watching sports or movies so it would have been nice to have a TV in the downstairs living room so we didn't have to schlep our food and drinks up and down the stairs to the bonus room. That would be the one thing that could keep us from renting this property again. Otherwise it was a nice place in a good location.
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerGreat idea about an additional TV! We are working with the owners to make this happen.
Chris - San Francisco, CA
01/06/2022This house is a great value for 4-8 people wanting to spend time in South Lake Tahoe. Has a cozy living room downstairs and a large upstairs TV room w sofa, activities table, and Queen bed. Good heating system and overall fairly well maintained. Located in a quiet neighborhood just off the Pioneer trail. The garage was an essential feature during our winter stay. The folks at Tahoe Accommodations were helpful and even provided a little care package/housewarming gift upon picking up the keys at the office.

12/13/2021My sisters and I recently had our girls trip last week from 12/5-12/8. We’ve been planning for the past 2 years with Lake Tahoe Accommodations but had to change plans during the pandemic and the company was great in working with us. We loved the cabin and everything it had to offer. Very spacious rooms, plenty of blankets, board games and cards, and an amazing master bedroom. We were very comfortable during our stay and enjoyed our time. We would be happy to book again in the future. Our dogs also enjoyed the fenced backyard. Thank you to the staff and home owners for making our first overnight Tahoe experience enjoyable.

11/24/2021Great family cabin! Plenty of room, comfortable and cozy, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping! We had a relaxing time hanging out with the family enjoying walks and beautiful surroundings! Wish we could have stayed longer!

08/24/2021We rented the house for a small family get together with kids and dogs. The house is great! Exactly as advertised, basic but comfy, you have everything you need and a nice trail at the end of the road for hiking/biking. I would say the house is definately not fancy but that’s what I look for when traveling with teens and dogs haha. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are board games and beach chairs available, washer dryer comes in handy after a day at the Lake and the backyard is fully fenced. Overall had a great time!
Irina Lewis - Livermore, CA
07/24/2021Enjoyed staring at this lovely vacation home! Cabin was well equipped and had everything we could possibly need in a kitchen! Location is what really sets it apart. It is 5-7 min from they Y and equally close to down town. At the same time, it is tucked away in a quiet area with access to miles of hiking. Will definitely try to book again :-)

07/18/2021House was extremely clean and very functional for our family. We were very pleased.

04/13/2021I give this property 4/5 stars. We are a family of 5. The property was as described, spacious with all the necessities. Inside was a bit dated, as well as the cookware, but it gets the job done. I chose this location because of this roominess and the enclosed yard for my dog. Though, it was a bummer that before arriving to the house we bought morning goodies for breakfasts during our stay & coffee grounds/creamer to find out the next morning the coffeemaker didn't work. The neighborhood was pleasant, quiet and had nice trails to walk and admire Tahoe homes. The location of the home was convenient overall. The one complaint is that there was lots of poop in the yard. I'm a stickler about picking up after your dog, because I wouldn't want my dog stepping in feces and trailing it into the home. I had my husband and sons walk the yard to pick up all the poop from previous folks. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Customer service when picking up the keys and dropping off was great.
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerAlthough it is the previous guests responsibility to pick up after their own dog, it is our responsibility to make sure it was done before the next guest checks in. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. I'm also sorry to hear about the coffee pot. I didn't see a note on your reservation, but we have extra coffee pots/cookware at our office and are happy to deliver to your property if you let us know. Hope to see you back again soon.
Chris - Torrance, CA
04/10/2021We had a great stay here. The backyard was perfect for our dog and the house was such a nice place to come home to after a day on the slopes. The house was clean and very comfortable. Can't wait to come back again.

12/29/2020Great family friendly place. Recommended!!
Melissa - Oceanside, CA
09/27/2020Cute cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely clean and it was exactly what we wanted. We do wish there was a tv downstairs in the family room. Cable was taken out in the downstairs bedroom and was only good for dvds. The cabin was well maintained and had what we needed. We were about 5-10 minutes from downtown which was nice to be tucked away behind the airport. We would definitely come back to this cabin if we had the chance.
Ruth - Chico, CA
09/15/2020Nice house. Worked well for our family and is pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Hiking trail at end of the street was convenient to walk our dog every morning. Our only issue was very minor, flat pillows.
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerGlad you and your pooch enjoyed the property and the hiking trails. We will get the pillows replaced for your next stay!

06/06/2020Very clean, homely, and well maintained. Location is close to grocery stores, shopping centers, beach, and state parks which is very convenient! Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Also love that this rental provides all the basic amenities and entertainment. Will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

01/01/2020We loved our stay at Pine Haven! It is tucked away on the outskirts of South Shore and is a prime location backed onto Pioneer Trail. It had a great fenced backyard, a spacious kitchen and very cozy beds. Our four legged family members and humans all enjoyed our stay. My kids wanted to extend the stay a whole extra week! We have used Tahoe Accommodations for all our stays and are consistently recommending to friends. It is a great company with great service.

11/20/2018Comfortable house in neighborhood 10 min from South Lake's town center. Nothing fancy, totally clean and serviceable.

05/18/2017Such an amazing condo for such a great price. The pool (which is heated) literally overlooks the lake, and it's so breathtaking during sunrise/sunset. There is a private beach at the back of this complex complete with beach chairs, bbq grills, and a two fire pits (I don't know why they don't include this in the pictures because it was GREAT). The house was so spacious and although it was huge and cold outside, the heater made the entire house toasty. A really quiet neighborhood and super close (walking distance) to a bunch of souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. I am definitely booking this place again!!
Jorgete R - San Jose, CA
01/06/2017Nice place. Large, clean and very well located. Definitely would go back.
Tamara - Walnut Creek, CA
01/08/2016We loved our stay at this condo, everything was perfect. Cozy and comfortable, basically all we needed during our five days was at our fingertips. Decor is dated for sure, countertops and bathrooms are from the 80s, but very well taken care of so honestly can't complain. We plan to come back in the summer because the location is wonderful -- can walk to the beach, pier, Safeway, CVS, restaurants, bakery, etc. Love the big windows, love the open layout. Top floor was a bit cold because of the winter temps, but my teenage boys loved the bedrooms being so far removed and up top, so it was no problem. Private ski shuttle on the property made it amazingly convenient to get up to the slopes in minutes and back down at the end of the day. Like our own personal driver! Fantastic place to stay, will definitely come again!

08/07/2015Resort complex location and amenities are great! The beach and pool options were great to have for relaxing. We were also close to a ton of activities--hiking, shopping, kayaking and restaurants. This specific unit was clean but very dated. It could use some updating especially the kitchen which seemed to have only one burner on the stove working at full capacity. We also missed the fact that there was no patio furniture to sit outside the unit and enjoy the weather, but we were able to do this at the pool and beach.
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerThanks for letting us know about the stove. It's a brand new cooktop and we're sending someone out to fix it. Also, the owners are not allowed to put furniture on the front deck because of the condo association regulations. There is bench seating built into the deck, and guests are welcome to bring camping chairs for a more comfortable way to enjoy the fresh air outside the condo.
JLR - Massachusetts
07/31/2015Condo was clean, had everthing we needed. Decor is dated but functional. Extra drink fridge and washer/ dryer great. Amenities: pool, hot tub and chairs at the beach were nice. Shower water ran cold by the 4th shower. Since there was 8 of us we had to shower in shifts ( some at night , some in morning) to all get a warm shower. Bedrooms on third floor get very warm. No A/C. OVERALL would stay again.
Jenna - Western Massachusetts
07/29/2015We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeland Village. The condo was the perfect size for two families of 4. The location to the beach was fantastic. Our kids also enjoyed the condo pool and hot tub. One suggestion would be to get window A/C units for the upstairs bedrooms. Although the evenings got cool and comfortable outside, the lack of airflow in both third floor bedrooms made it stuffy for sleeping at night. I would recommend Lakeland Village as a place to stay in South Lake Tahoe, due to the amenities and the location of the condo complex.

10/30/2014Thank you, we had a wonderful time :)

08/21/2014We were very impressed with this condo! My husband and I with our 2 kids and grandfather stayed for a week and it was perfect for our needs. Very airy with big windows, nice living room area for kids to play in, kitchen and dining area is big, functional, and great! My personal favorite feature is that the bedrooms are on two levels- one br and bathroom are on one level, and you go up another half flight of steps to another 2 br and bathroom., so my grandfather had his privacy and didn't hear the kids if they woke up in middle of the night. Also the condo is part of a big complex that offers a lot of amenities which was not advertised! It has a really nice pool, kiddie pool and hot tub right next to a beautiful beach, and offers free shuttles to nearby attractions. The only cons is that the kitchen is a bit dated- but completely functional, and that the lighting was poor on the main floor at night. We had an issue with our TVs, and they came right away to fix it. I highly recommend this place!
Wonderful L - Fremont, CA
03/05/2014We have reserved this property for our weekend ski trip. Very happy with it. It has a spacious first floor living space with a sunken family room with a gas fireplace. Enough space for kids playing games on the carpet and for adults to sit around to talk. The kitchen is big enough for a few people to work together. The only complaint is that there aren't enough chairs for the dinning table, there are only six of them and there is no other alternatives either. The best part is that there is shuttle service to Heavenly Ski Resort, definitely a big plus.
Anna - San Francisco, CA
01/21/2014LOCATION LOCATION! 5 minutes away from the strip and there is shuttle that is on demand which can take you to and from whenever you please. This is our second time staying in Lakeland Village and we absolutely love it! The cabin was perfect and very spacious with 8 people. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you would need, minus spices... we had to bring our own. We had a fantastic stay! Thank you Lake Tahoe Accommodations, you guys are awesome!
Meg - San Diego, CA
07/30/2013We stayed in July 2013 and were in general happy with the condo and the location. It's an easy walk to the beach and pool, which are family friendly. The unit on the older side and does not have AC or window fans, and the upper bedrooms do get uncomfortably hot. Fans are provided, but they were loud and not that effective. The stove has also seen better days. The only "food items" were salt and pepper. We've rented many condos over the past years and most have at least a few spices. The layout is nice and we could not hear any noise from the neighboring units, but you are very close to the neighbors and we were concerned that they would be disturbed by our kids or us sitting outside in the evening. The customer service from the management company was excellent. They immediately replaced the broken coffee machine and provided us a corkscrew once we notified them about these issue. I would definitely recommend renting through Lake Tahoe Accommodations and I would probably rent this unit again, knowing that the quality is only so-so.
Maureen - Folsom, CA
02/14/2013Lake Tahoe Accommodations where great and easy to work with. They made the process easy. The condo was large as stated and definitely accommodated our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Unit was clean but could use some updating. Easy access to ski areas, sledding and restaurants. We just needed fresh snow. Unit was well equipped with all the necessities for a family get- away. We will definitely use LTA again and stay at this unit again.
Rob - Houston, TX
01/10/2013Great help from the company. Good looking property and easy rental process -- I'll rent thru these guys next time.
Darlene C - Las Vegas, NV
08/13/2012Our family of 8 adults rented this townhouse in August '12 and enjoyed it so much. The living room was spacious for a large family and the kitchen was big. Everything worked and it was well stocked and clean. The shuttle bus picked us up at our door step so we never would have had to move our car, which was parked right outside the unit. We definitely would rent this townhouse again. It was worth the price and then some.
Evet - Sacramento, CA
01/17/2012Best thing about this property certainly was the location. Within walking distance to the lake/beach and right off the freeway. Had convenient shuttle to the casino's as well. The condo layout was pleasant, with the kitchen overlooking a nice sunken living room. You can be cooking and watching and entertaining guests at the same time. The condo is getting a bit old and dated. The kitchen needs some updating, and general repairs, but overall was just want we asked for in a weekend getaway. Overall very nice.
Audrey - Concord, CA
07/28/2011My family and I stayed at this condo for the 4th of July week in 2011. It is extremely spacious, cozy and has a large family room/kitchen. We were very happy and comfortable the entire week. Rooms and linens were clean, and I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness. We had enough bedrooms for all of our family, but the kids chose to just sleep in the sunken living room. First floor can get a bit warm on hot days, and there's no AC. The cooler evenings were perfect in the bedrooms with the windows open. Absolutely love the close proximity to the beach - we walked down the beach to Riva's and boat/jet ski rental. Great location. We would definitely recommend this condo, and will likely reserve it again.
Tom - Santa Clarita, CA
07/06/2011Our stay at the Lakeland Village condominium was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the pools were warm and clean. The location was great--close to all the stores, casinos and lake. I would highly recommend this condominium and the accommodations by the rental office.
Cecilia - Berkeley, CA
04/04/2011Location, location, location! This Lake Tahoe rental was a perfect place to spend a few days. We were near restaurants, groceries, skying, and so much more. The unit itself was in great shape and was spacious enough for two families.
Sonia - Tracy, CA
01/04/2011We had a fabulous time enjoying this house during Christmas. It accommodated 8 adults nicely with plenty of room. Great location... on Lake, delicious bakery right across street, walk to Safeway and take the shuttle to casinos. Only complaints are that the bathroom on the lower floor is next to kitchen and ventilation in the kitchen not great, so smoke alarm kept going off.
J M - Oklahoma
03/04/2010Condo worked out very well for our three nights in Heavenly. Carpet could use some updating and if you happen to cook brownies in the oven. Beware...it cooks very hot. Overall good experience, everything was very clean and convenient to slopes and shopping. Also, it was great having wireless internet...big plus! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Annie W - Cincinnati, OH
02/04/2010We truly enjoyed ourselves over the New Year's holiday in South Lake Tahoe. Very clean. Excellent location! Safeway and CVS are a just a block away for anything forgotten. Sunken living room was perfect for games and relaxing after all-day adventures. Third floor bedrooms were chilly, but the space heater helped a great deal in the one room. Hot tub access was not too easy. The one community facility was under major construction (closed). The other location gave some of our group a hard time about accessing the hot tub and exercise room without paying, but with a couple days to spare, that was cleared up. Overall, we loved our experience and would certainly come back for another stay!
TJ - Northridge, CA
01/07/2010This was a great place to spend Christmas. The condo itself was everything we wanted. Very spacious and comfortable. The third floor bedrooms got a little chilly at night but there's a portable heater which helped. You can't ask for a better location. Right on the Lake..close to Heavenly...the Casinos...Supermarket (Safeway). They say that the place comes with Wi-Fi but.... Forget to tell you that you have to pay $9.99 for 24 hour access. I would definitely recommend this place!
Comment from Jimmie MorrisBusiness OwnerThis home does not require guests to pay for WIFI. I wish you would have called us while you were here. It is located in Lakeland Village and their On-property WIFI for their guests and home owners to use may require a daily fee to use it. This home owner has provided their own private internet service through Charter and guests of this condo have free WIFI.
Becky - Oakland, CA
05/04/2009This place was great! It is close to everything. There are shuttles that will take you to some of the ski attractions. Plenty of parking, near the casinos and bowling alley. We will definitely rent this place again.
Random T - Elk Grove, CA
04/17/2009We had a wonderful time, loved the condo. The sunken living area was a great place to talk and spend time. Everything was clean and well kept. Thanks for making our stay a great one!
Langhans F - Sparks, NV
04/02/2009This property is amazing. My family had a blast. We stayed here over 4th of July weekend 08. We had family and friends come up for the 4th and we barbecued on the deck and it was just a awesome place . The condo was clean with tons of space. We could just walk the kids straight down to the beach and when done playing we could just bring them back. Very close to everything. We will rent this condo again. My family has stayed here at this complex for the last 3 years and hope to do it again every year .
