Parking is located at the far end of the campground. Access: Look for the trailhead sign at the far end of the parking area. Attractions and Considerations: Spectacular views of the 200-foot-high falls and Cascade Lake can be seen from this short trail.

Zephyr Cove

Zephyr Cove, located in South Lake Tahoe, offers an easily accessible and slightly commercialized beach experience. This area boasts a wide sandy beach along with smaller, more secluded coves perfect for a peaceful retreat. In the summer, visitors can rent kayaks, paddleboards, and other small watercraft directly from the beach. Additionally, a bar and restaurant are conveniently within walking distance, and a campground is situated just across the street for those looking to extend their stay.

Lester Beach - DL Bliss

Situated on Lake Tahoe's southwest shore, DL Bliss State Park features the breathtaking Lester Beach and Calloway Cove. These beaches offer sandy shores and crystal-clear turquoise waters, making DL Bliss one of the most scenic spots in Lake Tahoe. Additionally, the park is home to the Rubicon Trail, one of the top hiking trails in the area.
